They are a collaboration of christians in traditional ministry as well as those in the marketplace that are seeking to see their city transformed. They collaborate with the local government, local businesses, and local ministries to see the kingdom come in their city.

Dave Carroll is the pastor of Freedom House in Brantford, Ontario. They have a vision for discipling their city and have been deputised by the mayor to run the parades for the city. They believe kindness can transform a city and they even launched a superhero "Captain Kindness" who is well known in local schools.
