Our 3 year Strategy (2024-2026)
The nation is becoming less godly, not more. The Church is failing at it's role of building the Kingdom of Heaven here in Canada.
We have seen our movement make significant impact in isolated spots across Canada over the years. We need this impact to spread.
Christianity is a discipleship movement. Let's intentionally pour into others and help them pour into others. Let's multiply.

2. We believe God is bringing Youth With a Mission and Transform Our World together so that YWAM graduates can get connected to a movement of missionaries in every sphere of society, and learn how to be YWAMers in the 7 Spheres of Influence.
We are believing for 50 people within our movement (by the end of Jan 2024) to commit to discipling 3 people intentionally who after one year of being discipled (Dec 2024), find their own 3 to disciple. For more details on this, click here. If this continues, after 3 years we have ~4700 Transformational Disciple-Makers.
If people can commit to discipling more than 3, then we can see the movement multiply at an even greater rate.
We are a movement that seeks the manifest presence of Jesus to empower everything we do. We are a movement that empowers people to continue to do what they are already doing, but to simply apply a transformational mindset to it. As a national leadership team we seek to resource and empower people on the ground through a variety of means listed above.
With any initiative there are potential obstacles. These are 4 we see as the most significant. However we believe these are not too difficult for us and the Holy Spirit to overcome together.
Our movement is comprised of three overlapping groups:
1. Practitioners
The individuals and organisations putting into practice the transformational principles we teach in a focused and intentional way.
2. Allies
The organisations we are relationally connected to where we actively support and encourage one another.
3. Partners
The individuals and organisations that enable us to continue with our vision of seeing Canada discipled by investing consistently or significantly into the movement.
This movement is made up of people and organisations that connect in in varying ways.
God desires nations to be discipled, and His method is His Ekklesia, His people. We must see more people discipled so His Kingdcom can come in Canada, as it is in heaven.
